Search Tips

To get the most out of our knowledgebase, please read the search tips below:

This FAQ search engine uses natural language search, which means it looks for the main concepts behind the question or phrase you have entered, in addition to matching 'keywords'.

You will have more success finding an answer if you use normal language in your question, and remember to include a few important words relating to the information you are looking for.

The way you word your question is not crucial - it's the meaning behind the words that is important. The same question, if posed in a number of different ways, will return similar results.

If searching:

  • Only ask one question at a time.
  • Keep your questions simple and precise. Simple questions always get the most accurate results.
  • If your question does not return useful results, first check your spelling - particularly of technical terms.
  • The answer to your question will not always be the first result returned - remember to look at all entries in the list, feel free to browse through the information if necessary.
  • If all else fails, please do submit your feedback or content suggestions - this will help to improve the FAQ library for future use.

After your search is complete, any relevant FAQs will be presented in a list, ordered by popularity and relevance.
